All placements are subject to availability and alignment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
Alpine Premier Nannies operates as a private placement agency. We facilitate introductions between families and childcare professionals. We do not employ the candidates we place, and are not party to any subsequent employment arrangement.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. We work with a limited number of families, and our acceptance of an inquiry is not a guarantee of placement.
Every placement is conditional on alignment between family and candidate. We cannot guarantee a successful placement in a specific timeframe, as we do not compromise our standards in order to move quickly.
Placement fees are outlined in a separate Service Agreement provided upon engagement. All fees are due as specified therein. A consultation or search fee may apply regardless of placement outcome, as defined in the signed agreement.
Where a placement does not proceed or is discontinued within the guarantee period for reasons beyond the family's control, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to the terms of the Service Agreement.
The replacement guarantee does not apply where placement failure results from material changes in the role, undisclosed household circumstances, or the family's failure to act in good faith.
Families assume sole responsibility for all legal obligations arising from employment, including tax compliance, workers' compensation, wage and hour law, and employment eligibility verification. Alpine Premier Nannies does not provide legal or tax advice.
All parties agree to treat family and candidate information as strictly confidential. Disclosure of information obtained through our process — to any third party, for any purpose — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.
Alpine Premier Nannies shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from a placement or candidate conduct. Our total liability shall not exceed the placement fee paid for the engagement in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
